About the Company:

White Peak is a joint venture between Varun Beverages Limited (VBL) and Everest International Holdings, engaged in the manufacturing of commercial refrigeration products, including visi coolers and related cooling solutions.

Position: Shipping Executive

Location: Jainpur, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth material movement.
- Handle material receipt, unloading, inspection and documentation of incoming materials.
- Monitor receipt of all incoming materials and ensure proper receiving inspection and stock verification.
- Manage dispatch activities for finished goods and materials.
- Handle vehicle management and vehicle allotment as per dispatch requirements.
- Coordinate with transporters/drivers for vehicle placement,



loading and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock availability.
- Conduct daily physical inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
- Identify and report stock shortages, discrepancies and damages.
- Ensure proper material storage, identification and traceability.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Logistics and other departments for timely material movement.
- Maintain dispatch/receipt records and prepare regular MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety, 5S and material handling practices.
