the Manager Trainee is responsible for learning and supporting the complete QSR outlet operations of Rail Rolls. The role is designed to develop the candidate into an effective outlet-level manager who can iTndependently handle people, sales, customers, inventory, food quality, hygiene, cash, and daily operations.

The Manager Trainee will work closely with the Outlet Manager and Operations Team and will gradually be given independent responsibilities based on performance.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Outlet Operations

- Learn and implement all Rail Rolls operational SOPs.
- Assist in daily outlet opening and closing activities.
- Ensure smooth operations during regular and peak hours.
- Coordinate between kitchen, service, delivery, and management teams.
- Monitor staff deployment and workflow.
- Identify operational issues and report them immediately.
- Ensure outlet standards are maintained throughout the shift.

Qualification : any degree Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
