A polycarbonate sheet manufacturing supervisor oversees extrusion line operations, manages shift workers, and ensures product quality and daily production targets are met.Key Responsibilities

- Production Management: Monitor solid or multiwall polycarbonate sheet extrusion lines to ensure production plans and daily quotas are completed on time.

- Quality Control: Check output specifications including sheet thickness, width, length, color, cell structure, and surface finish (scratch or bubble defects).

- Machine Operations: Supervise parameter setups (temperature, screw speed, pressure, cooling) and coordinate routine maintenance or troubleshooting with technicians.

- Team Leadership: Assign daily tasks to 20+ operators and helpers, train new staff on safety procedures, and track attendance or shift handovers.

- Safety & Compliance: Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) on the factory floor.

- Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of raw material consumption, output quantities, downtime, and waste.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
