Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

- Build scalable workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and custom applications.

- Configure and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party applications.

- Perform platform upgrades, patch management, and instance maintenance activities.

- Create technical design documents, solution blueprints, and deployment plans.

- Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, business analysts, and support teams.

- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards and governance practices.
