Responsibilities
- Prepare test strategy, test plans, and test cases.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
- Validate ServiceNow workflows and business processes.
- Perform test automation using ATF where applicable.
- Collaborate with developers and functional consultants for defect resolution.
- Validate releases and production deployments.
