Experience: 6-8 Years

We are hiring Functional Consultants and Business Process Consultants with robust ITIL and ServiceNow process consulting experience.

Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and process gaps.
- Design future-state workflows and process improvements.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops.
- Support ServiceNow implementation projects.
- Lead process transformation initiatives.
- Develop process documentation and operating models.
