Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of experience in platform development, configuration, integrations, and enterprise ServiceNow environments. The candidate should have solid expertise across ITSM, CSM, SPM, and ServiceNow platform development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Work across ITSM, CSM, and SPM modules.
- Develop and maintain integrations and APIs, including OAuth-based integrations.
- Configure Business Rules, GlideRecord, ACLs, Flows, and email scripting.
- Work on Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request management.
- Support GSE / Policy & Compliance requirements.
- Optimize ServiceNow performance and handle large-volume data updates efficiently.




- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement scalable solutions.
- Work in large and complex enterprise ServiceNow environments.
- Follow development standards, best practices, and platform governance.

Mandatory Skills

- 5+ years of ServiceNow Development experience
- Strong experience in ITSM, CSM, and SPM
- ServiceNow platform development and configuration
- Integration & API development
- Business Rules and GlideRecord
- ACLs Table and Field level
- Custom Flows / Flow Designer
- Email scripting
- Performance optimization
- Large data updates and data management
- ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change & Service Request
- GSE / Policy & Compliance
- Experience working in large, complex enterprise ServiceNow environments
