REQUIREMENT: -

- Total Experience:5-17 years
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Development.
- Strong experience in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) or IRM (Integrated Risk Management) implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Service Portal, ITSM modules, and ServiceNow Integrations.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform development, customization, and configuration.
- Experience in developing and maintaining technical solutions using ServiceNow scripting and configuration capabilities.
- Good understanding of ServiceNow modules and business process automation.
- Experience in designing and implementing integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Good to have experience in ITOM, SPM, or HRSD modules.
- Positive understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities: -
- Work with global ServiceNow teams to implement and support ServiceNow solutions across multiple business functions and locations.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on ServiceNow platform development, particularly within SPM and CSM modules.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow integrations with internal and external systems.
- Understand business processes and identify opportunities to standardize and optimize workflows through ServiceNow capabilities.
- Develop technical solutions, perform unit testing, and support component integration testing activities.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using platform scripting and development tools.
- Implement configuration changes including UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS.
- Support deployment activities, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful implementation of enhancements and new features.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and support teams to ensure solution quality and alignment with business objectives.
