Key Responsibilities:

- Own ServiceNow enterprise platform blueprint, architecture and roadmap .
- Define multi-instance strategy, tenant architecture, domain separation, instance consolidation and upgrade strategy .
- Design enterprise integrations using IntegrationHub, APIs, MID Server, ESB and legacy systems .
- Drive CSDM, CMDB, Asset and Business Service architecture and data governance.
- Establish platform technical governance, technical-debt management and Instance Health .
- Ensure configuration over customization , upgrade-secure and OOTB solutions.
- Perform performance optimization , including slow scripts, queries and database indexing.
- Define CI/CD, Git, ATF and App Engine Studio architecture and governance.




- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture / Architecture Review Boards and provide strategic guidance.
