Role & responsibilities

- Design, configure, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow HRSD platform.

- Work extensively on HR Case Management, HR Services, HR COEs, Employee Center, and Lifecycle Events.

- Develop and configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs, Notifications, and Data Policies.

- Configure and customize HR Services, HR Catalog Items, Record Producers, HR Tasks, and HR Workflows/Flows.

- Work on employee lifecycle processes such as Onboarding, Offboarding, Transfers, and other employee journeys.

- Develop integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and third-party HR systems using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide technical solutions.





- Follow ServiceNow development best practices and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

- Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and other technical teams.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience with Employee Center / Employee Center Pro.

- Experience with HR Integrations and third-party HR systems.

- Knowledge of Now Assist / AI capabilities in HRSD.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Certifications: CSA, CAD is must, CIS is valuable to have
