Essential

ServiceNow Development

- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Create and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer Flows,



and Integrations.
- Develop scalable and reusable ServiceNow solutions aligned with platform best practices.
- Participate in solution design, technical architecture, and release activities.

IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- Implement and maintain Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM).
- Configure software normalization, reclamation, license compliance, and asset lifecycle processes.
- Manage asset discovery, procurement, inventory, and compliance workflows.
- Integrate ITAM with CMDB and Discovery solutions.

IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- Configure and support ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Develop and maintain CMDB governance and data-quality processes.
- Implement operational visibility and monitoring integrations.
- Support infrastructure and cloud service mapping initiatives.

Security Operations (SecOps)
- Implement Security Incident Response (SIR).
- Configure vulnerability response workflows and remediation processes.
- Integrate security tools such as Qualys, Tenable, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, or Splunk.
- Develop automation workflows to improve incident resolution and threat response.

AI & GenAI Solutions
- Configure and implement ServiceNow AI capabilities.
- Develop AI-assisted workflows for incident classification, ticket summarization, and knowledge recommendations.
- Integrate Generative AI solutions within ServiceNow workflows.
- Configure AI Search and intelligent recommendations.

Virtual Agent & Conversational AI
- Design and develop ServiceNow Virtual Agent conversations.
- Create chatbot workflows for IT, HR, and business support use cases.
- Integrate Virtual Agent with backend applications and knowledge bases.
- Improve self-service adoption through conversational experiences.

Minimum Qualification:

- 15 years of full-time education
- Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
