Job Title: ServiceNow Developers | 4-8 Years | Bangalore & Hyderabad

We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers to join our ServiceNow Practice for enterprise transformation programs.

We are seeking professionals with hands-on experience in one or more ServiceNow modules including ITSM, BCM, HRSD, Customer Service Management (CSM), Field Service Management (FSM/FSO), ServiceNow Administration and Platform Development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop and customize ServiceNow applications
- Configure workflows, forms, catalogs and automations
- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Build and maintain Service Portal solutions
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Perform platform enhancements and support activities

Required Skills

- 4 to 8 years of relevant ServiceNow experience
- Experience in one or more of the following:

- ITSM

- BCM

- ServiceNow Administration

- CSM

- FSM/FSO

- HRSD
- Solid JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting knowledge
- Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub

Preferred Certifications

- CSA
- CAD
