Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in core ServiceNow development and exposure to Telecom Service Management (TSM), Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM), Order Management for Telecommunications (OMT), and Customer Service Management (CSM). Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub solutions.
- Configure and implement Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management modules.
- Build integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs.




- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
- Optimize platform performance and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Collaborate with business and functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Mandatory Skills
- 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Robust hands-on experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and workflows.
- Experience in Service Catalog, ITSM, CMDB, and Integrations.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP web services.
- Good understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in TSM (Telecom Service Management).
- Experience in TSOM (Telecom Service Operations Management).
- Experience in OMT (Order Management for Telecommunications).
- Experience in CSM (Customer Service Management)
