About the Role The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for designing scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions, defining platform standards, and leading technical design sessions.

Responsibilities

- Design scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions.
- Define platform standards, governance, and best practices.
- Lead technical design sessions and review implementations.
- Ensure integration and alignment with enterprise systems.

Qualifications

- 10+ years in IT with minimum 4+ years as a ServiceNow Architect.

Required Skills





- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and modules.
- Experience in designing integrations and custom applications.
- Solid leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Proficiency in scripting and configuration within ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, SPM implementation.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Certifications in ServiceNow.
