Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow All Modules Architect with strong expertise across the ServiceNow platform to design, architect, implement, and govern enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.

The ideal candidate should have broad knowledge across multiple ServiceNow modules, strong hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow architectures.

This role requires someone who can work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to define platform strategy, architecture standards, integrations, and implementation roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across multiple modules.
- Provide technical leadership for ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and platform transformations.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Define ServiceNow architecture standards, design patterns, governance, and best practices.
- Lead solution design across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC and other relevant ServiceNow modules.
- Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server, APIs, and web services.
- Review technical designs, configurations, customizations, workflows, scripts, integrations, and data models.
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices and minimize unnecessary customization.
- Drive platform performance, scalability, security, availability, and maintainability.
- Provide technical guidance to ServiceNow developers, administrators, and implementation teams.
- Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, estimations, and solution planning.
- Define migration, upgrade, release, and deployment strategies.
- Identify opportunities for automation and platform optimization.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues and provide architectural recommendations.

Mandatory Technical Skills

ServiceNow Platform

- Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture and enterprise implementations.
- Experience across multiple ServiceNow modules.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, application architecture, security, and configuration.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting, including:

- JavaScript

- Glide APIs

- Business Rules

- Script Includes

- Client Scripts
- UI Policies / UI Actions

- Scripted REST APIs
- Strong understanding of Flow Designer, Workflow, IntegrationHub and ServiceNow APIs.

ServiceNow Modules Candidates should have strong expertise in multiple modules, preferably including:
- ITSM – IT Service Management
- ITOM – IT Operations Management
- ITAM – IT Asset Management
- CSM – Customer Service Management
- HRSD – Human Resources Service Delivery
- SecOps – Security Operations
- GRC / IRM – Governance, Risk & Compliance / Integrated Risk Management
- CMDB
- Service Portal / Employee Center
- ServiceNow Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/ITBM)

Candidates with broader exposure across the ServiceNow ecosystem will be preferred. Integration & Architecture
- Strong experience designing ServiceNow integrations with enterprise systems.

- Relevant CIS certifications across ServiceNow modules.
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications.
- Experience with ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is highly desirable.
- Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist / AI capabilities will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale ServiceNow environments.

Candidates should demonstrate progression from ServiceNow development/implementation into solution architecture or technical architecture responsibilities.

- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
- ServiceNow certifications, especially CIS/CTA, will be an advantage.
