Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete HVAC service team - service engineers and supervisors - across all AMC and maintenance contracts in Hyderabad

- Plan, schedule and oversee preventive maintenance (PPM) visits for all AMC clients - ensuring 100% SLA compliance and zero missed visits

- Manage breakdown and reactive maintenance calls - allocate technicians, track resolution time and close all complaints within committed SLA windows

- Build and maintain strong client relationships across all service accounts - conduct periodic client review meetings and satisfaction assessments

- Coordinate with OEM service teams (Mitsubishi Electric, LG, Hisense, Daikin, Carrier) for warranty support, spare parts procurement and technical escalations

- Maintain all service documentation - AMC registers, PM checklists, service reports, breakdown logs and spare parts inventory

- Prepare monthly service performance reports for the MD - SLA metrics, complaint trends, renewal status and revenue tracking

- Drive AMC contract renewals and identify upselling opportunities within the existing client base

- Recruit, train and evaluate service team members - build a competent, accountable and motivated service workforce

- Ensure all field operations comply with company safety standards and quality procedures

Preferred candidate profile





- 5 to 10 years of experience in HVAC service management or field service operations

- Deep technical knowledge of VRF/VRV systems, chilled water plants, DX systems, AHUs, FCUs and commercial HVAC

- Proven experience managing AMC contracts and service teams across multiple client sites simultaneously

- Robust client relationship management and communication skills - English and Telugu

- Ability to diagnose complex HVAC system faults and guide technicians to resolution

- Familiarity with OEM service processes for leading brands

- Proficiency in MS Office - Excel-based tracking, reporting and SLA dashboards

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

- Two-wheeler or four-wheeler with valid driving licence

GOOD TO HAVE

- Prior experience managing hospital, data centre or mission-critical HVAC service contracts

- Knowledge of BMS and building automation systems

- Prior AMC renewal and service sales experience
