Manager / Sr. Manager – Solar Service

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Solar Service professional to lead our PAN-India after-sales service operations for solar inverter products .

The role will be responsible for managing service teams across India, ensuring timely complaint resolution, handling customer escalations, and improving overall service performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage PAN-India after-sales service operations for solar inverters.
- Manage and guide Branch Service In-Charges and service teams across India.
- Monitor service complaints, breakdowns, response time, resolution TAT and service levels.
- Provide support for technical troubleshooting, repair, preventive maintenance and warranty service.
- Handle critical customer, dealer, distributor, EPC and channel-partner escalations.
- Manage warranty claims, spare parts, repairs and replacements.
- Analyse recurring field issues and drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions.
- Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Production, Logistics, Quality and R&D; teams for effective service resolution.




- Review service performance through MIS, dashboards and regular reviews.
- Conduct technical training and capability development for service teams and channel partners.
- Drive initiatives to reduce field complaints and improve service efficiency.
- Travel across India as required for critical issues, service reviews and major projects.

What We Are Looking For
- 15–20 years of relevant experience , with strong experience in Solar Inverter Product Service .
- B.Tech / B.E. / MBA or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in PAN-India service operations and multi-location team management.
- Strong technical understanding of solar inverters, troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.
- Experience in customer escalations, warranty service, spare parts and field-service operations.
- Experience managing Branch Service In-Charges / Service Engineers.
- Strong problem-solving, RCA and analytical skills.
- Valuable communication, coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong customer focus and willingness to travel across India.
