Job Title: Service Engineer

Dhanbad, Bokaro- Jharkhand

Department: Service & After-Sales

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support for Terra Motors electric three-wheelers.
- Diagnose and resolve vehicle issues related to electrical, mechanical, and battery systems.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure timely closure of service complaints.
- Coordinate with dealers and service centres for repairs and maintenance activities.
- Train dealer technicians and service personnel on product updates and troubleshooting procedures.
- Monitor service performance and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Maintain service records, warranty claims, and technical reports.
- Support breakdown assistance and field service activities when required.
- Analyze recurring technical issues and provide corrective action recommendations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service support.

Qualifications & Experience:





- Diploma/B.in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile, or related Engineering discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in automobile, EV, or after-sales service operations.
- Knowledge of electric vehicle systems, battery technology, and vehicle diagnostics is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and service reporting tools.

Required Skills:

- Solid troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively within Jharkhand.
- Customer-focused approach and problem-solving mindset.
