Hiring: Service Engineer (CNC Wire Machinery)

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to join our team in Chennai! If you are a hands-on problem solver with experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting especially with Wire Bending, Wire Forming, or Spring Coiling machines we want to hear from you.

Job Details

- Role: Service Engineer
- Experience: 3+ Years
- Travel: Required (Willingness to travel for client visits)
- Training will be Provided in Our China Factory

Key Responsibilities

- Installation & Commissioning: Set up and configure CNC wire machinery at client sites.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose, repair, and provide ongoing technical support.
- Fault Handling: Resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues efficiently.
- Customer Training: Guide clients on safe machine operations and basic maintenance.

Requirements

- Proven experience in CNC machine servicing.
- Knowledge of wire bending, wire forming, or spring coiling machines is highly preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude in both mechanical and electrical systems.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
