? Position: Service Engineer – On-roll

? Experience: 2–3 Years

? Education: Diploma / B.E./B.Tech

? Preferred Industry: Service Industry

? Location: Delhi

? Travel: Willingness to travel extensively (~70%) across India

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer technical queries and provide on-site support
- Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues and failures

• Repair and refurbish PCBs, batteries, adapters/chargers, OLEDs and detectors

- Perform system-level testing and validation
- Support installation, commissioning and preventive maintenance at customer sites
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Prepare technical reports and maintain service documentation
- Coordinate with the Bangalore team for effective issue resolution
- Provide technical/refresher training to customers when required

Required Skills

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with diagnostic, assembly, repair and maintenance tools
- Good customer-handling and communication skills
- Hindi communication skills are required
- Positive knowledge of MS Office
- Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and accuracy
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
