Job Title: Service Delivery Manager Data Center / OS / Database (BFSI Domain)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Service Delivery Manager (SDM) with over 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure services, specifically within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain. The ideal candidate will have deep technical and managerial expertise in Data Center operations OR Operating Systems administration (Windows/Linux), OR Database services (Oracle, SQL, etc.). The SDM will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, compliance, and operational excellence across critical infrastructure services that support banking and financial systems.

- 15+ years of IT experience,



with at least 5+ years in a leadership or service delivery management role in the BFSI domain.

- Robust technical understanding of
- Data Center operations and facilities
- Enterprise Operating Systems Windows Server, Red Hat/Linux
- Databases Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL/PostgreSQL
- Experience in managing complex BFSI infrastructures and ensuring uptime, security, and performance.
