Role & responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls during emergency situations, providing immediate and considerate support.
- Arrange for nearby technicians or towing vehicles to assist customers.
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
- Communicate effectively with customers in a minimum of three languages, including
Native language , English&Hindi;/Kannada/Telugu
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English , Malayalam & Hindi
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience in customer service or roadside assistance is preferred but not mandatory.
