- Organic Reach
- Brand Awareness
- Search Visibility
- Authority
- PR Opportunities
- Business Growth

Your job will be to turn content into a serious organic acquisition channel for Orgix Media.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

1. LinkedIn Growth & Lead Generation

You should understand LinkedIn beyond posting motivational content.

You must know how to:

- Build strong founder/company positioning
- Write high-performing LinkedIn posts
- Create content that attracts business owners and decision-makers
- Generate inbound leads organically
- Identify and engage with potential prospects
- Understand LinkedIn distribution and content formats
- Improve impressions, profile visits and relevant followers
- Build authority through founder-led content
- Track which content is actually generating leads

If you have only written LinkedIn posts but have never generated business opportunities through LinkedIn, this role may not be for you.

2. Website & SEO Content

You should be able to independently research and write:

- SEO Blogs
- Landing Pages
- Service Pages
- Case Studies
- Website Copy
- Comparison Articles
- Founder/Company Articles
- Thought Leadership Content

You should understand

- Search Intent
- Keyword Research
- On-Page SEO
- Internal Linking
- Content Clusters
- SERP Analysis
- Competitor Research
- EEAT principles
- Basic Google Search Console & Analytics understanding

Writing articles without understanding why they should rank is not enough.

3. Organic Distribution

Content should not stop after publishing a blog.

You should know how to repurpose and distribute content across:

- LinkedIn
- X / Twitter
- Threads
- Quora / Relevant Communities
- Guest Posts
- Industry Publications




- Relevant Forums & Platforms

You will be expected to identify new organic channels where Orgix Media can build visibility.

4. Backlinks & Digital PR

You should have practical understanding of:

- Backlink Outreach
- Guest Posting
- Journalist/Publication Outreach
- Founder Features
- Brand Mentions
- Digital PR Opportunities
- Relevant Business Directories
- Authority Building

We are NOT interested in spammy backlinks or bulk low-quality link building.

Quality > Quantity.

5. Content Research & Strategy

Before writing, you should be able to research:

- Competitors
- Trending conversations
- Customer pain points
- Search queries
- Founder discussions
- Industry news
- Relevant keywords
- Content gaps

We expect you to bring content ideas to us instead of waiting every day for someone to tell you what to write.

YOUR PRIMARY TARGETS

This is a performance-oriented position.

Your work will be measured on outcomes such as:

- Qualified inbound leads
- Organic website traffic
- LinkedIn reach
- Relevant audience growth
- Search rankings
- Backlink quality
- Brand mentions
- Founder/company visibility
- Organic enquiries
- Content performance

We do not want reports showing only:

“10 posts published”

“8 blogs written”

“20 backlinks created”

We care about what those activities achieved.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Your written English is excellent
- You understand SEO practically
- You understand LinkedIn content and growth

- You can research independently
