Role Description The SEO & Social Media Marketing Executive is a full time, on-site position based in Bhubaneswar. This role involves planning and executing SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building campaigns to improve search rankings and organic traffic. The executive will manage and optimize social media profiles, develop content calendars, and run paid campaigns across relevant platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Daily tasks include monitoring web analytics and campaign performance, preparing reports, and recommending data-driven improvements.



The role also requires close coordination with design, development, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and optimized digital presence.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform keyword research and on-page SEO to optimize website content and structure.
- Skills in conducting SEO audits and implementing technical and content-related recommendations.
- Experience with link building and outreach to improve domain authority and search visibility.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and Search Console) for tracking and reporting performance.
- Knowledge of social media marketing, including content planning, community management, and paid campaigns.
- Familiarity with PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and basic campaign setup and optimization.
- Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in SEO and social media marketing roles will be an advantage.
