Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a SEO, AEO & GEO Specialist. The specialist will optimize the institute’s online presence across search engines, voice assistants, and local search platforms to increase visibility for occult science courses and programs.

Day-to-day responsibilities include performing keyword research, conducting SEO audits, improving on-page elements, and managing link-building strategies to boost organic rankings. The role involves monitoring web analytics, identifying growth opportunities, and refining campaigns for search, voice, and location-based queries.



The specialist will collaborate with content, marketing, and academic teams to align SEO, AEO, and GEO efforts with the institute’s educational and outreach goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Keyword Research skills to identify relevant search terms for SEO, AEO, and GEO optimization.
- Candidates should possess the ability to conduct comprehensive SEO Audits to assess technical, content, and structural performance.
- Candidates should possess Link Building expertise to develop ethical, high-quality backlink strategies that enhance domain authority.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to track performance metrics, interpret data, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Candidates should possess On-Page SEO capabilities, including optimizing titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and structured data.
- Working knowledge of local SEO, voice search optimization (AEO), and geo-targeted strategies (GEO) is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, keyword research platforms, and local listing management tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in the education or e-learning sector, and an interest in occult or Vedic sciences, is a plus.
