Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Workday Integration Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting Workday integrations.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, XSLT, BIRT, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST), and Workday HCM/Payroll integrations. The candidate will be responsible for developing custom integrations, integrating Workday with third-party applications, troubleshooting production issues, and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations.
- Develop complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services.
- Build and maintain integrations for HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, Learning, and other Workday modules.
- Develop and maintain custom integrations using Workday Studio, XSLT, XML, BIRT, SOAP, and REST APIs.
- Work on payroll integrations such as PECI/PICOF and other Workday payroll-related interfaces.
- Integrate Workday with internal applications, third-party vendors, and downstream/upstream systems.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
- Perform integration testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-production validation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors, warnings, failures, and production issues within defined SLAs.
- Monitor existing integrations and proactively identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in Workday release cycles, impact analysis, regression testing, and integration validation.
- Work closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, vendors,



and technical teams to resolve integration-related issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, mappings, test cases, and support documentation.
- Ensure integration solutions comply with Workday security and data protection standards.
- Support integration migration and deployment activities across Workday environments.
- Contribute to integration architecture, performance optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with emerging Workday capabilities such as Workday Extend and Workday Orchestrations where applicable.

Required Experience

- 5+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Integration Development.
- Proven experience developing integrations using Workday Studio and EIB.




- Experience with Core Connectors and payroll integrations such as PECI/PICOF.
- Strong knowledge of XSLT, XML, SOAP/REST Web Services, and BIRT.
- Experience supporting Workday integrations in production environments.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and cross-functional/global teams.
- Experience participating in Workday upgrades/releases and integration testing.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot complex integration failures and production issues.

Preferred Qualifications

- Workday Core Integrations Certification or relevant Workday certification.
- Experience with Workday Extend and Orchestrations.
- Experience in designing integrations end-to-end from requirements through deployment.
- Exposure to integration architecture and performance optimization.
- Experience working with global Workday implementations and multiple geographical regions.

Candidates with strong expertise in Workday Studio + EIB + Core Connectors + XSLT + SOAP/REST + Payroll/PECI/PICOF will be highly preferred.
