Job Scope:

To manage and oversee physical logistic operations, ensuring high service levels and adherence to customer SLAs in accordance with LLP procedures and defined standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inbound and outbound operations.
- Maintain positive working relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Assist in meeting performance targets and participate in problem-solving initiatives.
- Ensure all service providers meet LLPs requirements and follow SOPs.
- Provide accurate MIS and billing inputs for LSP billing.
- Review daily working processes and conduct team/customer meetings.
- Supervise operations and coordinate with the JCB Jaipur team and LSPs.
- Ensure operational issues are registered, resolved, or escalated timely.




- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and ensure safe working practices.
- Develop a high-performance service culture and manage employee performance.

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of logistics/transportation/in-plant operations experience in the automobile industry.

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree and Diploma in SMC/Logistics.

Skills and Competencies:

- Communication skills (English/Local Language), spoken and written.
- Leadership skills.
- Good documentation skills (document screening, archiving, and retrieval).
