Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute VM guidelines across all stores.

- Ensure proper store layouts, product displays, window displays, mannequins, and fixtures as per brand standards.

- Develop and implement seasonal and promotional VM concepts.

- Coordinate with Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Retail and Store teams for VM execution.

- Conduct regular store visits and VM audits to maintain brand standards.

- Guide and train store teams on VM standards and product presentation.

- Ensure correct product placement, colour blocking, size-wise arrangement and category presentation.

- Plan VM execution for new store openings, launches and special campaigns.

- Monitor competitor stores and market trends to bring new VM ideas and concepts.

- Prepare VM reports, store visit reports and compliance trackers.





- Coordinate with vendors for VM materials, branding, fixtures and installations.

- Ensure timely implementation of HO VM guidelines across stores.

- Strong knowledge of Fashion Retail & Visual Merchandising
