About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Senior Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in video editing and must have worked on projects for different brands.

The candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage and creative concepts into high-quality, engaging videos for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, and other marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit high-quality videos for social media, digital advertisements, brand campaigns, reels, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Work on multiple brand projects while maintaining each brand's unique style, tone, and visual identity.
- Convert creative concepts, scripts, and raw footage into engaging and visually appealing videos.
- Handle the complete video editing process, from organizing footage to final delivery.
- Create engaging short-form content such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Edit long-form videos, brand films, product videos, corporate videos, and campaign content as required.
- Add appropriate transitions, sound effects, music, motion graphics, text animations, color correction, and visual effects.
- Work closely with creative directors, graphic designers, content writers, social media managers, and marketing teams.
- Understand creative briefs and deliver videos within the required timelines.
- Maintain consistency in video quality,



branding, and storytelling across different projects.
- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, social media formats, AI tools, and creative techniques.
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.

Required Technical Skills The candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of qualified video editing and creative tools, including:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- DaVinci Resolve – preferred
- CapCut and other social media editing tools
- AI-based video editing and content creation tools
- Motion graphics and animation tools
- Basic knowledge of color grading, sound design, masking, compositing, and visual effects

Required Skills & Qualities
- Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
- Excellent sense of timing, transitions, composition, music, and visual aesthetics.
- Highly creative with the ability to bring fresh ideas to video content.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Good understanding of current social media and digital video trends.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a creative team.




- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to experiment with new editing styles and techniques.

Brand Experience
- Must have prior experience working with multiple brands, preferably in a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, media house, or creative studio.
- Experience working on different types of brand content such as product videos, advertisements, social media campaigns, reels, promotional videos, and branded content will be preferred.
- Candidates should have a strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating their editing skills and creative capabilities.

Preferred Experience
- 4–7 years of professional video editing experience.
- Prior experience in a Digital Marketing/Advertising Agency is highly preferred.
- Experience handling multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with AI-powered video editing and creative tools will be an added advantage.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for a creative, fast, detail-oriented, and experienced Video Editor who can take ownership of projects from raw footage to final output. The ideal candidate should understand that agency video editing is not just about cutting footage—it is about storytelling, brand communication, creativity, and delivering content that performs well digitally.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
