Role Description The Senior User Interface Designer is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for designing visually appealing, intuitive interfaces for digital touchpoints such as booking platforms, customer communication tools, and internal systems.

The designer will create high-fidelity mockups, collaborate with UX partners to refine user flows, and work closely with front-end developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately. Day-to-day tasks include translating brand guidelines into cohesive UI components, maintaining design systems, conducting design reviews, and iterating based on stakeholder and user feedback.



The role also involves partnering with salon leadership to align digital experiences with the brand’s creative identity and client-focused service standards.

Qualifications

- Strong user interface design skills, including expertise in User Interface Design and Visual Design.
- Experience creating detailed Mockups and design prototypes for web and mobile interfaces.
- Solid understanding of User Experience (UX) principles, user flows, and interaction patterns.
- Practical knowledge of Front-End Development collaboration, with familiarity in HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Ability to build and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working alongside non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in design, HCI, or a related field.
- Experience designing for lifestyle, beauty, or retail brands is a plus.
- Commitment to inclusive, accessible design that serves a diverse client base.
