We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Tour Consultant to join our growing travel team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of domestic and international travel, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to convert travel inquiries into successful bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international travel inquiries from customers.
- Design and customize travel itineraries based on client preferences, budget, and requirements.
- Provide expert consultation on destinations, tour packages, hotels, flights, transportation, and activities.
- Prepare accurate quotations and negotiate with clients to close sales.
- Manage the complete booking process, including flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, and travel insurance.
- Maintain robust relationships with clients, suppliers, and travel partners.
- Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of tours.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Guide and support junior travel consultants when required.
- Stay updated on new destinations, travel trends, visa requirements, and tourism products.
- Provide operational support to franchise partners
- Manage and respond to franchise-related queries

Requirements:





- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in travel consultancy, tour operations, or the tourism industry.
- Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Experience in preparing itineraries and travel quotations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requirements.
- Good knowledge of travel booking systems and MS Office.
- Strong sales and target-oriented approach.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in international holiday packages and customized tours.
- Knowledge of MICE, corporate travel, or luxury travel will be an advantage.
- Leadership and team-handling abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
