Talendroid Technologies is expanding its technology team and looking for experienced professionals to work on secure, scalable, and mission-critical infrastructure platforms.

We are hiring for the following positions:

1. Network Specialist – SCADA Infrastructure & Network Solutions

Experience: 5–8 Years

Design, implement, and support secure network and server infrastructure for SCADA and OT environments. Candidates should have strong expertise in Cisco networking, Palo Alto firewalls, CCNP-level networking, Git, Ansible, and Jinja.

2. Hardware & Server Specialist

Experience: 5–8 Years

Design and support hardware infrastructure for SCADA and platform environments. Key skills include HPE infrastructure, Eaton power systems, Meinberg time synchronization products, Git/GitHub, and Ansible. Experience with storage, VMware, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and industrial infrastructure is an advantage.

3. OpenShift Engineer

Experience: 8+ Years

Administer, support, and enhance Red Hat OpenShift platforms across development, test, and production environments. Strong knowledge of RHEL/RHCOS, Kubernetes, containers, GitOps, Argo CD, Helm, networking, storage,



load balancing, and production troubleshooting is required.

4. OpenShift Security Engineer

Experience: 8+ Years

Secure and harden enterprise OpenShift environments. The role requires experience in OAuth, LDAP, Active Directory, RBAC, SCCs, TLS certificate management, secrets management, HashiCorp Vault, Kubernetes security, vulnerability management, and compliance.

5. OpenShift Software Engineer – Operators

Experience: 8+ Years

Develop and maintain OpenShift Operators and cloud-native applications. Candidates should have strong skills in Go and/or C#, React, Kubernetes APIs, CRDs, Operator SDK, Helm, GitOps, Argo CD, CI/CD, and cloud-native software engineering.

6. Product Owner – Hardware & Network Platforms

Experience: 7–10 Years

Lead product backlog prioritization, PI Planning, stakeholder management, hardware lifecycle delivery, release planning, testing, and Agile/Secure execution. Experience in infrastructure, hardware, networking, Jira, product ownership, and global stakeholder coordination is required.
