Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with carriers and customers for freight movement.
- Negotiate freight rates and secure loads.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with carriers and clients.
- Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
- Resolve shipment-related issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Fluent and confident speaking ability is mandatory.
- Minimum 6 months of International BPO experience or International Sales experience.
- Ability to work in the US Night Shift.
