About the Company

Our client is one of India’s leading contract manufacturers in the disposable hygiene products industry, specializing in:
- Baby Diapers
- Adult Diapers
- Sanitary Napkins
- Wet Wipes

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor diaper and/or sanitary napkin production machines efficiently.
- Ensure smooth running of automated production lines with minimum downtime.
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, product changeovers, and minor troubleshooting.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with production and quality standards.
- Maintain production records, machine logs, and shift reports accurately.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams during machine breakdowns or process deviations.
- Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, GMP, and manufacturing SOPs.




- Minimize wastage and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area.
- Support achievement of daily production targets and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / Technical qualification preferred.
- 2-7 years of experience in:
- Diaper Manufacturing,
- Sanitary Napkin Manufacturing,
- Disposable Hygiene Products,
- FMCG Manufacturing,
- Automated Production Lines.
- Hands-on experience in operating high-speed production machinery.
- Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance knowledge.
- Understanding of quality standards and production processes.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
