Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain utility systems including:
- Air Compressors
- Boilers
- Chillers
- HVAC Systems
- DG Sets
- Water Treatment Systems
- Pumps and Utility Equipment
- Monitor utility parameters and ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot utility-related equipment and operational issues.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.




- Maintain utility logs, reports, and maintenance records.
- Ensure adherence to safety, GMP, and operational standards.
- Support energy optimization and utility efficiency initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in utility operations or maintenance in:
- FMCG,
- Manufacturing,
- Hygiene Products,
- Packaging,
- Pharma,
- Automated Plants.
- Hands-on experience in utility equipment handling and maintenance.
- Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
