About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Finance & Accounting Operations Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end financial operations across our shared services or business finance function. This is a senior leadership role that demands deep technical expertise in Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, financial reporting, and compliance, combined with robust people management skills and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Record-to-Report & Accounting Operations
- Lead end-to-end R2R operations including month-end close, journal entry approvals, accruals, and general ledger management.
- Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of open items.




- Oversee intercompany reconciliations, netting processes, and intercompany dispute resolution across multiple entities.
- Manage revenue recognition processes in accordance with ASC 606 and IFRS 15, including deferred revenue schedules.
- Supervise accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, improving aging profiles and optimising working capital.

Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare, review, and present management reporting packs, including variance analysis, KPI dashboards, and financial commentary.
- Support budgeting, rolling forecasts, and financial planning activities in collaboration with FP&A; and business stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel-based financial models for real-time performance tracking.
- Deliver accurate, insightful reporting that enables data-driven decision making at the leadership level.

Compliance, Controls & Audit
- Ensure full compliance with IFRS, US GAA
