Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers.
- Explain company products and services effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues professionally.
- Maintain call records and update customer information.
- Follow up with potential customers and generate leads.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Required Skills:
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Smart, confident, and presentable personality.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to convince and handle customers politely.
- Positive attitude and team-working skills.
- Fluent in Hindi and basic English communication preferred.
Pay: ₹8,502.96 - ₹12,000.00 per month
