As a Product Sourcing Manager for rugs and mats. We will need you to identify reliable companies, negotiate prices, manage quality control, and ensure timely delivery for international export.

Core Responsibilities:
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and build long-term relationships with manufacturing units across the Panipat region.
- Procurement & Negotiation: Sourcing new products and suppliers at competitive rates without compromising quality.
- Sampling & Product Development: Collaborate closely with designers and production teams to develop and approve product samples based on buyer specifications and CADs (Computer-Aided Designs).
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine factory visits and quality checks to ensure rugs and mats meet international export standards (colorfastness, size accuracy, pile height, and weave integrity).
- Order & Supply Chain Tracking: Oversee production timelines, manage inventory,



and ensure shipments are dispatched on schedule.

Key Requirements & Skills
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of various rug-making techniques, including hand-tufted, hand-woven, jacquard, and power-loom production.
- Negotiation & Communication: Solid capability to negotiate pricing and terms with local suppliers. Fluency in Hindi is highly advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CAD software for resizing designs and interpreting client drawings.
- Supply Chain Experience: A proven background (typically 3-5 years) in export-import operations, merchandising, or procurement, specifically within home têxtiles.
