About the role

Looking for a strong Quality Assurance specialist with a background in Master Data Management or Data Quality validation expertise.

What you’ll do:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for MDM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and business rules.
- Conduct thorough testing of MDM systems to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Identify, document, and track defects and inconsistencies in data management processes.
- Perform root cause analysis on data quality issues and recommend corrective actions.




- Validate data integration and data migration processes to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Solid understanding of MDM concepts, including data matching, data cleansing, merging, and survivorship, is crucial.
- Proficiency in SQL and data querying tools for comparing and testing data.
- Develop test scripts for data testing in MDM solutions for entity creation with services.
- Design test cases and test plans to test survivorship rules to determine which attributes should be retained in the golden record.

What you’ll need:
Overall 4+ years of experience in Information Technology with specialization in SDLC / Agile based delivery. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
