Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Service On Way automobile services and RSA plans.
- Explain roadside assistance, service packages, and customer benefits professionally.
- Generate leads through field visits, calls, references, dealers, workshops, and corporate tie-ups.
- Meet individual sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, garages, and automobile partners.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, sales, and customer feedback.
- Handle customer queries and provide basic support regarding service plans.
- Represent the company professionally in the market.
- Support business growth by identifying new sales opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile sales, car dealership sales, insurance sales, RSA sales, service sales, or related field.
- Good knowledge of cars, vehicle services, insurance, or roadside assistance will be preferred.
- Robust communication and convincing skills.




- Ability to explain service plans clearly to customers.
- Comfortable with field sales and customer visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer/mobile app knowledge.
- Two-wheeler or own vehicle preferred.
