Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced HR & Operations Manager who will take full ownership of
- HR operations
- Labor law compliance (LLRs)
- Team hiring & training
- Payroll management
- Employee discipline & performance systems

The person will also act as an internal operations manager and ensure smooth coordination between management and teams.

Key Responsibilities

HR & Recruitment
- End-to-end hiring (sales, designers, editors, support staff)
- Interviewing, onboarding & documentation
- Designing clear JDs & KRIs/KPIs
- Training new hires as per company standards

Labor Law & Compliance (LLR)
- Maintain compliance under Shops & Establishment Act
- Handle PF, ESIC, payroll compliance
- Maintain employee records & documentation
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance

Payroll & Attendance
- Salary structuring & payroll processing




- Attendance & leave management system
- Incentive & performance-based payout structure

Performance & Discipline
- Implement performance review systems
- Target tracking & reporting
- Handle employee grievances professionally
- Enforce company policies & work culture discipline

Operations Support
- Act as bridge between Founder & team
- Ensure daily reporting systems
- Build SOPs for internal processes
- Improve efficiency & accountability

Required Skills:
- Robust knowledge of Indian labor laws & compliance
- Experience in payroll & statutory filings
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Strong people management & negotiation skills
- High emotional intelligence & decision-making ability
- Experience in handling 20-30 member teams
- Comfortable in fast-paced, founder-led organization
