Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Visit vendors and markets across Moradabad, Delhi NCR, and nearby locations for sourcing activities
- Source products, raw materials, samples, and new developments as per company requirements
- Coordinate with vendors for pricing, sampling, quality, and delivery timelines
- Develop and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships
- Compare quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost-effective sourcing
- Coordinate with merchandising, production, and purchase teams for smooth execution
- Track orders, sampling status, and material availability
- Ensure quality standards and timely procurement from vendors
- Maintain sourcing records, vendor database, and follow-up trackers





Travel Requirement
- Frequent market/vendor visits required

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
- 1-3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, merchandising, or vendor coordination
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of home décor, handicrafts, glass, or hard goods preferred
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities
- Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting
- Two-wheeler preferred for local coordination
