Restaurant Manager Position

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee front of house operations and ensure efficient daily service.

2. Curate and maintain a high-quality guest experience.

3. Manage bar operations and ensure standards of service, hygiene, and stock control.

4. Handle daily ordering and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.

5. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.

6. Oversee housekeeping standards to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

7. Manage reservations effectively to optimize seating and guest flow.

8. Track and respond to guest feedback in a professional and timely manner.

9. Work closely with kitchen, service, and support teams to ensure smooth operations.

10. Train,



guide, and supervise staff to maintain service quality and operational excellence.

Skills Required:
1. Strong experience in bar management.

2. Expertise in guest experience curation.

3. Hands-on knowledge of front of house operations management.

4. Good understanding of daily ordering and inventory management.

5. Strong housekeeping management skills.

6. Experience in reservations management.

7. Ability to manage and respond to guest feedback effectively.

8. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

9. Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Preferred Qualifications
- IHM/equivalent graduate
- 6-8 years of experience in a restaurant/cafe and bar
- Prior experience in a restaurant, café, bar, or hospitality environment.
- Proven ability to manage teams and multi-task under pressure.
