Job Description: Tele Caller - B2C | Saree & Suits Retail

Location: *Kolkata | Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹15,000/month

Experience: 1-3 Year | Industry: Ethnic Wear / Instagram Brand

Joining: Immediate | Brand: Kanusrii Designers

About the Role

You’ll call end customers who showed interest on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Website, or Walk-in enquiry. Goal = convert leads into orders, handle COD queries, push prepaid, reduce RTO.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Calling: Call 80-100 leads/day from FB/Insta ads, Website, WhatsApp enquiries

2. Product Pitch: Explain saree/suit fabric, length, blouse, wash care, real image vs catalog. Close on first call

3. Order Booking: Take size, color, address on call. Create order in Shopify/Bizom/WA Business immediately

4. Payment Push: Convert COD to Prepaid. Pitch: “Prepaid pe ₹100 off + quick dispatch”

5. RTO Reduction: Call before dispatch to confirm address. Call after delivery attempt if undelivered

6. Upsell/Cross-sell: “Ma’am ye saree ke saath matching blouse piece ₹..... me add kar du?”

7. Abandoned Cart:



Call website drop-offs within 30 mins. “Order me dikkat aa rahi hai kya?”

8. Daily Report: EOD WA: Calls made, Orders booked, Prepaid %, RTO calls done

Must-Have Skills

1. Language: Sweet Hindi + Local language. Can talk to aunties, brides, gifting buyers

2. Patience: Handle “Thoda sasta karo”, “Color same aayega?”, “Refund kab milega?” politely

3. Speed: Type fast on Excel. Send pics, videos, price breakup in 10 sec

4. Phone Manners: No background noise. Smile in voice. Never argue

5. Product Sense: Difference between georgette/chiffon/silk, blouse stitched vs unstitched, ready to wear vs fabric

6. Knows how to handle COD fraud, fake address, NDR calls

What We Offer

1. Salary: ₹8K-15K/month fixed

2. Timings: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM | 1 Week-off Sunday

3. Training: 2 days on fabric, objection handling, CRM dialler

4. Growth: Sr. Tele Caller → Team Lead → Customer Success in 1 year
