Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers from provided data
- Explain company products or services clearly
- Answer customer questions and solve basic queries
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain call records and daily reports
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th/12th pass
- Positive communication skills in Hindi/English
- Basic knowledge of mobile/computer
- Freshers and experienced both can apply
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
