Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects.
- Handle RCC estimation, BBS (Bar Bending Schedule) preparation, and quantity take-offs.
- Prepare detailed and block estimates as per drawings and specifications.
- Conduct rate analysis for materials, labour, and machinery.
- Prepare accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project, site, and planning teams for estimation accuracy.
- Support tendering and budgeting activities.
- Assist in cost control and cost optimization during project execution.
- Lead and coordinate with junior engineers and estimation staff when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.




- Minimum 3+ years of experience in estimation and costing.
- Strong expertise in RCC works and BBS preparation.
- Valuable knowledge of finishing works.
- Proficient in detailed & block estimates.
- Skilled in rate analysis and BOQ preparation.
- Ability to lead and coordinate project teams.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of estimation software and MS Excel.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
