Key Responsibilities
- Handle merchandising activities for Gold, Silver, Brass, and Fashion Jewelry
- Coordinate with buyers, production team, CAD team, sampling team, and vendors
- Understand buyer requirements and ensure timely execution of orders
- Follow up on sampling, approvals, production status, and dispatch timelines
- Maintain order sheets, costing details, and production tracking records
- Coordinate for raw material availability and production planning
- Ensure quality standards and customer specifications are maintained
- Communicate with international and domestic clients professionally
- Handle buyer queries, product development, and design coordination
- Coordinate with export and documentation teams for shipment readiness
- Monitor order timelines and ensure on-time delivery
- Maintain confidentiality of buyer designs and company information

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes




- Understanding of merchandising, sampling, and production coordination
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of gemstones, metals, plating, and jewelry finishing preferred
- Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines

Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Jewelry Merchandising
- Prior experience in export/manufacturing jewelry industry preferred
- Experience handling international buyers will be preferred
- Graduate or relevant qualified qualification preferred

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jaipur, Rajasthan (Jaipur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
- Merchandising: 5 years (required)
