Job Title: Sales Executive (Field Sales & Transporter Onboarding)

About Instaship

Role Overview

At Instaship, you will primarily drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by meeting businesses face-to-face, explaining our logistics solutions, and converting them into active customers.

In addition, you will support transporter onboarding efforts, helping expand our delivery partner network across the city.

This is a field-intensive, target-driven role for someone energetic, persuasive, and results-oriented.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Acquisition (Primary Role)
- Visit potential business customers across the city.
- Explain Instaship’s services, pricing model, and value proposition clearly.
- Identify customer shipping needs and propose suitable logistics solutions.
- Convert leads into active customers.
- Maintain follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Transporter Onboarding (Secondary Role)
- Identify and onboard recent transporter partners.




- Assist partners in completing required documentation and verification.
- Explain operational process and service expectations.
- Maintain organized records of onboarded transporters.

Operations & Reporting
- Coordinate basic shipment requirements between customers and transporters.
- Maintain daily activity reports in Excel (basic data entry & updates).
- Share customer feedback and market insights with the team.
- Manage multiple meetings daily with clear and professional communication.
- Travel within the city as per daily schedule.

Required Skills & Qualities
- Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi mandatory; basic English preferred).
- Confident, convincing, and goal-oriented personality.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with business owners.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Organized and responsible with basic Excel knowledge.
