We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR Recruiter to join our team and support our recruitment efforts in the Machine manufacturing industries. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent, ensuring a diverse and qualified workforce to meet the dynamic needs of our organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all assigned positions
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate travel, cab facilities, and accommodation as required
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Payroll Management
- Leave Management and Attendance Management




- Handling Statutory Complain - PF ,ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus etc. Other Legal Activity.
- Exit Interviews

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in HR or related field
- 3-4 years of experience in recruitment (Factory & Office both)
- Strong hands-on recruitment experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good communication, coordination, and multitasking

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
