Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily retail store operations efficiently.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize store profitability.
- Supervise and guide the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proper product display and store presentation standards.




- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock management.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with management.
- Ensure smooth billing and operational processes.
- Maintain discipline and a positive work culture within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate.
- 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or store management.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and sales handling.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Energetic and presentable personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
